Refund policy

At this stage of Raceory’s development, we are not able to offer general refunds. Each drop requires significant investment in production, logistics, and quality control, and for now we operate on a made-to-order model to avoid waste and keep our process sustainable.

However, if an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping costs). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
